Race 1 on the final night is always a complex beast for the race to 5th. Jake Looney came into the night in 5th and finished Race 1 in 5th. The biggest challenge of the night was Andrew Dudle. But the points don’t always tell the story, and the points are only as good as the last race they tally. It was a good set up for Race 2, where

For the women, absence also played a factor in the outcome. With Selah Wynen and Morgan Blaser opening up a lead, it was a third PICL rider, Paisley Crawford, who put herself in the double point positions. But following was Halloween duo champs Hattie Freye and Taylor Rojek, though they were split by fourth PICL rider, Cami Schwarz in the end. Evie Scholz held her own in race 1, which would, again, prove pivotal in the standings after race 2.
