2025 FSX Week 11, Race 2 Results

3 laps. Race Direction: Clockwise (Container).

Race 2 for Week 11, Season XX, saw more aggressive tactics but this time it was Marcus Kennedy solo over a chasing field. Looney’s race 1 pace caught up to him allowing Sean Smith and Scott Effting to move ahead. Zach Saurman moved up into the top 5 with Evan Lichtenwalner in 6th. Notable, Andrew Dudle did not race at all, which was a strategic move to try to slide down the rankings. And he did, except he moved down too much, and is now tied with Jake Looney with 930 points. Based on tie-breaking rules of looking at who placed higher in the last race of the night, Looney placed 4th and Dudle was a DNS, so Looney is now in 5th. This will make both races in Week 12 very interesting!

Selah Wynen and Morgan Blaser moved themselves up again, as did Hattie Freye and Taylor Rojek. Cami Schwarz placed ahead of Evie Scholz, giving Scholz two 6th-place finishes on the night. But because Sophie Folmar was not racing, Scholz held her 5th place as Wynen jumped up by 9 points. Scholz now carries a 13-point lead over Folmar in 6th. This gives Scholz some breathing room for 5th place, but with two races for double points next week, she will have to race both races to keep herself between those two Varsity PICL riders. There is a chance Wynen plays the game, though, so the race for 5th is up for grabs until the end.
